C. P. P. K. - Weekday Preschool/Kindergarten Classes


Two-day and three-day classes for three year olds, five-day classes for four year olds, and kindergarten students. Priority Registration for church members is late January.

Children's Church

Location - Room 2
Children ages 3 - 1st grade may leave church after the childrens' moment for playground time followed by a short child-oriented time of worship that includes prayer, Bible story and a monthly snack.

Children's Classes, Sundays 9:45 AM

  • 3 and 4 Year Olds, WEE Believe, Room 8. Sunday school begins with Song Time. Each week they will be surprised at what comes out of the Storyteller's Bag!
  • Elementary BLAST! (Bible Learning Activity STations) 9:45 AM Group Gathering in Music Room 15, then groups move to various locations for games, detective work, arts and crafts, movies, music, cooking, drama and storytelling, and more! This fall the children will learn the Bible stories of Creation, King David, and Advent. Have a BLAST in Sunday School this year!

Vacation Bible School

A week of Bible activities, music, arts and crafts, games, snacks, science, and a mission project every summer.

Advent Event and Lent Event

Annually, in the Fellowship Hall. Families of all shapes and sizes are invited to join us for an annual Advent and Lent craft and learning session designed to bring meaning into your preparations and celebrations at home.

Introduction to the Sacraments

Annually, in the Sanctuary. The Presbyterian Church believes that parents should take an active role in teaching their children about the sacraments. A hands-on educational session on the meaning of baptism and communion for parents or family and their children in kindergarten or older is held each year in the sanctuary, usually on Ash Wednesday.
